About My Coaching *

Hi! My name is Sam and I am the owner of Sam Isham Life Coaching.

I work with clients to utilize creative expression as a tool to shift their mindset, awaken their courage, and create a life that’s uniquely theirs.

I work with clients to explore their mindset and courage through the use of creative expression. I believe that creativity is an underutilized tool for understanding ourselves and unlocking our potential. When I create art with my clients, it is not about the end product or being “good” at what we are doing- it’s about using the creative process as a way to tap into our inner wisdom and courage. When we exercise our creative muscle, we are able to connect with ourselves on a deeper level, engage with our minds in new ways, practice problem solving and flexibility, and communicate our innermost thoughts, feelings, and ideas - just to name a few!

Our society profits off of folks staying small, pleasing others, and adhering to the status quo.

It is a revolutionary act to consciously shift mindset so that you can grow into who you are meant to be.

It is a revolutionary act to move in courageous ways, big or small, towards alignment in your life.

Together, we will use creative expression as a vehicle towards you re-imagining and creating your own unique path.
